Pan Liquan, male, senior engineer. Member of China Railway Society, member of national epoxy resin Association, member of Hubei science and Technology Association, and expert of bridge material application research.
In 1982, he was admitted to the silicon Engineering Department of Wuhan University of technology and majored in cementitious materials and products. In 1986, he graduated from the university with a bachelor's degree and was assigned to the Research Institute of bridge science of Bridge Engineering Bureau of the Ministry of railways. In that year, he participated in the systematic test and research work of concrete temperature stress of maolingjiang bridge in Qinzhou, Guangxi, providing the basis for the country to formulate the bridge technical specifications.
In 1986, he also participated in the field test of hydration heat of mass concrete of Yonghe cable-stayed bridge in Tianjin, the field manufacture and cable force test of cable-stayed bridge, the weld inspection of steel structure in Wuhan and surrounding areas, the inspection of concrete raw materials, mix proportion design, static load test of pile foundation, and the inspection of anchorage device, etc., and achieved good economic and social benefits.
After graduating from college in 1987, he was assessed as an assistant engineer and participated in the feasibility study of WASH-PERLE coatings between China and France in the international cooperation project of the Ministry of Railways of China. He was responsible for the investigation of raw materials, advanced technology of the equipment, and the domestic market investigation, and made technical, financial evaluation and environmental assessment, and wrote the feasibility study report of the project.
In 1988, he served as a member of the technical consultant for formworks, steel, mechanical equipment and concrete of Jiangmen Offshore Bridge in Guangdong Province. He was responsible for the supervision and inspection of the construction of Hong Kong Xionggu group, and made achievements in concrete test and inspection. In the same year, he also participated in the concrete test of Qiantangjiang second bridge in Hangzhou, carried out the research on the application of ground fly ash in the concrete mix design, and was responsible for the research on the ultrasonic testing of concrete pile foundation of Qiantangjiang second bridge, and the ultrasonic testing of concrete pile foundation of Beilun port wharf in Ningbo. Later, I participated in the named NFP ultrasonic testing pile foundation method and obtained the railway Ministry of science and technology progress fourth prize, this method was later cited by many domestic standards and norms.
In 1989, he was responsible for the research of high-strength concrete with Guangdong Shenzhen construction science center, and carried out the ultrasonic testing of pile foundation of some buildings in Shenzhen. In 1990, he completed the research work of the most critical technology of the cold casting material of high-strength steel wire stay cable of Wuhan Yangtze River Second Bridge. The project won the second prize of science and technology progress of the bridge bureau. In 1991, he participated in Shenzhen North Ring overpass The pile foundation inspection work of Futian No.1 Bridge and Dashahe bridge was evaluated as an engineer in 1992, and participated in the pile foundation inspection and concrete crack repair work of Zhuhai West Area Expressway, especially in the concrete ultrasonic inspection work of Guangdong Zhuhai jitimen bridge, the static load test of concrete T beam of niwanmen bridge, and the pile foundation inspection work of Zhuhai Hengqin bridge in early 1993 From April 1993 to May 1995, as the leader of the supervision team, he was engaged in the supervision of the concrete test and the manufacture and installation of stay cables of the Second Yangtze River Bridge in Wuhan. The bridge was awarded the Luban Prize.
From June 1995 to December 2006, he has also been engaged in bridge construction supervision. In October 2000, he was rated as senior engineer of bridge engineering. He successively served as the director of laboratory, resident senior supervisor, deputy director and director, and deputy chief engineer and deputy chief manager of Wuhan bridge construction supervision company. His main projects include: Humen Bridge in Guangdong, Yuehu bridge in Wuhan and Baishazhou bridge in Wuhan Jingzhou Yangtze River Highway Bridge, Chongqing Egongyan Yangtze River Bridge, Jiangyin Yangtze River Highway Bridge, Shandong Lijin Yellow River Bridge, Fuzhou Minjiang River five bridge (Youxizhou bridge), Nanjing Yangtze River Three Bridge, Zhoushan Xihoumen Bridge, Hangzhou Bay Bridge, Guangzhou Pearl River Huangpu Bridge, Hangzhou Ningbo railway passenger dedicated line, Wuhan West Fourth ring project director. During this period, I also participated in the assessment of an old suspension bridge and a simple supported beam bridge in Sanming, Fujian Province; participated in the treatment of the prestressed problems of Haicang Bridge in Xiamen and the concrete quality problems of Songhuajiang bridge in Jilin Province, and got the unanimous praise of relevant experts and leaders! I was in the construction material inspection, concrete mix design, epoxy resin, fly ash promotion and application, prestressed It has rich experience and theoretical basis in construction, manufacturing and NDT of stay cable, main cable, sling and steel structure. I participated in the compilation of "bridge structure reinforcement and repair manual" and won the second prize of science and technology progress of Bridge Bureau in 2006.
On April 1, 2008, he was transferred as the deputy director of the testing center of Wuhan Bridge Science Research Institute, the deputy director of the bridge and foundation inspection station of the product quality supervision and inspection center of the Ministry of railways, the deputy director of the Central Laboratory of the bridge bureau, the deputy director of the Material Research Institute of the bridge science institute, the deputy general manager, senior engineer, the internal auditor of ISO9000 system, and the laboratory metrology certification Auditor and supervisor.
